Cocoa nibs from certified heirloom cacao from Belize are dry aged in charred oak whiskey barrels for six months. The result is 70% dark chocolate bars with sweet, complex and pronounced oak and bourbon flavors. Organic, fair trade and winner of more awards than you can shake a stick at.
