It’s an interesting mashup of cultures and flavors, but it works! Since 1984 they’ve been serving up organic bagels, handmade pastries, artisan-level espresso and unique concoctions like the chorizo and guacamole Scrambagel. They also help their communities through events, sponsorships and other charitable activities. Locations include Arcata, Eureka and next to Humboldt State University.
