Reviewers insist that, even though it is tucked in an unassuming strip mall in Vallejo, the Michelin-noted Michael Warring restaurant “rivals any place in (nearby) Napa!” Inside, the décor is simple, upscale and intimate – allowing the spotlight to shine on the chef and creations from his New American cuisine menu. Chef Warring honed his skills at Napa’s Auberge du Soleil and Bouchon in Beverly Hills, and seeks not to merely feed his guests, but to provide an emotional experience as well. The seven-course dinner menu changes often and costs $84 per person (add $45 for wine pairings).
