Set in Old Town Temecula, E.A.T. has been a dining mainstay since 2011 under the care of chef/owner Leah Di Bernardo. She’s a stickler for local and regional ingredients that are “clean, sustainable, hyper fresh and nutrient dense.” Don’t let that fool you as you dive into a giant breakfast sandwich, caramel French toast, farmhouse chop salad or grass-fed beef cheeseburger.
